Using Pingkar

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to ourprivacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the content you post.

Content rules

No spam, harassment, hate speech, violence, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or impersonation. Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeat violations result in permanent bans. The community guidelines page is the source of truth for what is and isn't allowed.

Ownership

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Pingkar a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising.

Pro subscriptions

Pingkar Pro is a paid subscription processed through Stripe. Charges renew on the same day each billing period. Cancel anytime in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund partial periods.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Pingkar is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or community guidelines. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of Pingkar after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pingkar's operating entity is registered. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
